90 Minute Decision Call

I do 90-minute calls to help agents make a decision they’ve been putting off.

90 minute call with Lang

This isn’t a discovery call or a sample coaching session. The point of the call is to resolve a specific issue.

It only works if you’re already circling a decision and you know that continuing to think about it isn’t helping anymore.

Most agents book this call when they’re stuck on decisions like these:

  • Choosing one prospecting method and killing the rest
  • Deciding to prospect consistently even when it feels uncomfortable
  • Admitting they’re avoiding contact, not lacking strategy
  • Deciding whether to hire help or keep doing everything themselves
  • Deciding whether to stay at their brokerage or leave
  • Deciding whether to fire a client they’ve outgrown

What To Expect

You should come into the call already aware of what you’re avoiding. During the session, we’re not opening up new options or brainstorming possibilities. We’re closing the ones that are keeping you stuck.

By the end of the call, the decision is made. There’s no more over-analyzing or waiting for it to feel easier. There’s simply something you are now responsible for acting on.

After booking, you’ll be asked to fill out a short form where you name the decision you’re stuck on. If you can’t name it, the call doesn’t go ahead.

You’ll receive a recording of the call and a short written summary outlining the decision you made and what it commits you to. This exists to lock the decision in, not to reopen it.

The Investment

The cost for a 90-minute decision call is $199 USD, paid up front. This is a working session, not a consultation. The call ends when the decision is made, not when the time runs out.

If you show up prepared and we don’t reach a concrete decision by the end of the call, I’ll refund the session. If we reach a decision and you later feel uncomfortable living with it, that’s not grounds for a refund. That discomfort is often the point.

Who Is This For?

This is only for agents who are stuck making a specific decision that is important to their business.

If you’re not avoiding a specific decision and instead feel generally scattered, unsure, or unfocused in the business, a 90-minute session won’t fix that. That kind of problem requires ongoing mentorship, not a single decision session.
