Welcome to Agent With A Plan (AWAP). By using this website, you agree to the terms laid out here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who I Am
I’m Lang Vuong, a real estate mentor, writer, and the person behind Agent With A Plan. Everything on this site is created and managed by me. I offer mentorship, content, and tools for real estate agents and professionals looking to grow.
2. What This Covers
These terms apply to anyone using https://agentwithaplan.com, including:
- Reading articles or newsletters
- Signing up for emails or resources
- Booking mentorship calls
- Purchasing digital products (if/when available)
3. Use of Content
Everything on this site, including blog posts, downloads, videos, and frameworks, is protected by copyright. You can read, learn from, and share my content for personal use, but you can’t copy, republish, sell, or distribute it without permission.
If you want to feature or reference something from AWAP publicly, just ask: lang [at] agentwithaplan [dot] com.
4. No Guarantees
I offer advice, insights, and strategies based on real-world experience, but I can’t guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on many factors, including your effort, consistency, mindset, and more.
Nothing on this site is a promise of earnings or success. It’s guidance, not a guarantee.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through PayPal or another third-party provider.
If you’re signing up for my one-on-one mentorship program, I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, after our first month working together, you feel it’s not the right fit, just email me and I’ll refund your payment – no hard feelings, no questions asked.
For all other products or services (like digital downloads), sales are final unless otherwise stated on the offer page. If something isn’t working for you, I encourage you to reach out so we can figure it out.
6. Accountability
When you sign up for anything on this site, you agree to use it responsibly. Don’t misuse access, spam others, or try to exploit the content or services offered here.
If you break these terms, I reserve the right to remove your access or refuse service.
